Cheerful and friendly place, it has affable staff on a disgruntled staff member who could n't be bothered to help. The location is marvellous, 1 km from an Emigration gallery. Plus, this hotel is very close to Very close to Poole Quay, Poole and Quayside and restaurants at the dock area.

Came here for 2 night stay, had a very enjoyable experience. The rooms were brand-new and had comfortable beds. The bathroom was reasonably large, it was nice to have a bathtub. The location was ideal and I could use private parking onsite. Also, the hotel was placed just 1 km from The Cavern Club.

The weather was lovely, had very lovely stay. I got complimentary king room with very comfy beds as an upgrade, nice gesture. The hotel was close to the town centre and the harbour, a clean "drinkers " pub, and quay, restaurants, pubs and shops thanks to its comfortable and absolutely perfect location.

I spent our time here lovely. The staff was accommodating, the bathroom was excellent. The location was absolutely perfect and fantastic for me as it was next to the train station, close to quay, and train station and ferry terminal. A live music venue was also relatively near the hotel.

The king room was en suite and modern. The venue was set in the very central position very close to the ferry port and the centre of town as well as the train station. The food they offered was brilliant, had plenty of meals.

I had a wonderful stay and would stay here again, thank you. I really enjoyed the room, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was attentive and affable, offered very good services. The location was peaceful, for example, Poole Waterfront Museum was within easy walking distance of the hotel. It was located in a pretty quiet area not far from close to quay.
The breakfast definitely should be included.
